WWE SmackDown August 18: Edge 25th Anniversary Segment Announced
The Rated-R Superstar Edge will celebrate the 25th Anniversary of his WWE Career on August 18, 2023 episode of SmackDown.
During August 4 episode of SmackDown, WWE announced that Edge would return to SmackDown after two weeks. The June 22, 1998, episode of RAW Edge marked his first appearance in the WWE.
Recently, on July 7 episode of SmackDown, Edge made an appearance as a guest on the Grayson Waller Effect segment. During the show, Waller was forcing Edge to retire, and afterward, Edge challenged Waller in a match on the show. During the match, Edge emerged victorious by executing Spear.

During the SmackDown Lowdown a few weeks back, Edge also mentioned that he will also celebrate his anniversary at RAW and NXT.
In his wrestling career, Edge has accomplished a lot of things. He has won the WWE championship four times and the WWE World Heavyweight Championship seven times. Edge had to retire in 2011 due to a neck injury. He was inducted into WWE Hall of Fame in 2012.
Edge made his in-ring return at Royal Rumble 2020 to shock everyone. Since then, he had been involved in memorable feuds with Randy Orton, Seth Rollins and Universal Champion Roman Reigns.
Edge has expressed previously that he would like to retire in Canada. With August 18 Smackdown episode airing from Toronto, Canada, will this anniversary celebration bring some announcement related to that?
